Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the USA and are now expanding to Europe and Asia. If your address does not register with the website, please email care@dandeliongymwear.ca and we will sort it out for you.
For international orders, we are excited to introduce international shipping! We are offering free delivery worldwide for orders above $150.
Customs and duties - this will vary according to your country's policy.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Canada: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on location.)- International: 7 -27 business days
Returns & Exchanges
We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your gym wear.
Our return window is 15 days from delivery ( the date you receive the product).
To initiate a return, please contact care@dandeliongymwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a Return Initiated email confirming your return request has been opened.
A return shipping label will be sent to you — the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your email.
Preparing Your Return
Affix the return label to the original package.
Place new and unused items (with tags attached) in the original packaging.
Please do not combine multiple orders into one package, and do not separate a single order into multiple boxes — this may cause processing delays of up to 14 business days.
Drop off your package at a nearby postal location.
Dandelion is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
Keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return’s progress.
